The ideal candidate will have an allied health or case management background or be a well-rounded HR professional looking for their next challenge.

  • Advising and assisting managers to address and resolve complex work and non-work related physical and psychological injuries.
  • Implementing return to work programs and supporting insurance premium reduction strategies.
  • Working as part of the HR Business Partnering team with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent time management and planning skills, and be comfortable immersing themselves in detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and implementation of injury management strategies to promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve organisational performance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high level of understanding of legislation and regulation pertinent to the role.
  • Proven experience in claims and injury management or advanced knowledge of claims and injury management practice.
  • Sound skills in identifying trends and issues related to injuries and making recommendations that contribute towards ongoing improvement.
