Psychologist and Rehabilitation Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our team as a rehabilitation expert. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Provide brief evidence-based interventions and counselling to job seekers and injured workers to improve mental health and wellbeing, and promote recovery.
  • Undertake a range of vocational and psychological assessments to assist in determining vocational needs, psychological capabilities, and overall functioning to inform and support return to work facilitation.

Requirements:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
