Workplace Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

This key role involves serving as a 360-degree injury management specialist for in-house employees with physical injuries. The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation and be able to manage risk and mitigate potential issues.

  • Develop and implement effective injury prevention and rehabilitation programs to ensure early intervention and optimal recovery of employees.
  • Collaborate with the in-house team to provide training and support on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Operate remote and face-to-face rehabilitation platforms to cater to the diverse needs of employees.

The successful candidate will be an AHPRA-accredited Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist with expertise in rehabilitation and a strong understanding of injury management principles.
