We partner with clients to design and implement customized solutions that address their unique needs. Our team of experts works closely with clients to define functional requirements and non-functional requirements, own the business requirements document and the requirements traceability matrix, collaborate with architects to define high-level design documentation, and construct the RTM to track business requirements through design, build, test, and deployment phases.

Our services deliver a BRD and RTM artifact and provide inputs into other discovery phase artifacts. Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Digital SMEs, Testers, and App owners to define Functional Requirements (FRs) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
  • Own the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
  • Collaborate with Architects to define high-level design documentation.
  • Construct the RTM to track Business Requirements through design, build, test, and deployment phases.
  • Assist in backlog grooming and identifying Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for each wave.
  • Assist in the identification and creation of test cases and use cases.
