TV Broadcast Production Coordinator

As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our TV broadcast productions.

  • Ensure all projects are logged and tracked accurately on a daily worklist
  • Create detailed deliverables lists for each project and track through to delivery
  • Work closely with creatives and designers to ensure they have what they need from briefs, references and assets
  • Ensure all formal and informal production meetings are scheduled
  • Assist producers with workload when required
  • Coordinate internal teams to support and deliver on time and to standard

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and able to demonstrate successful multi-tasking.

Requirements:

  • 1 year+ relevant experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team demonstrating flexible and proactive approach
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment calmly under pressure
