Team Overview:
Product Delivery

Want to deliver brilliant products and unmissable entertainment that grips millions of households? Our 1000 strong, Product Delivery team does everything from developing innovative AI technology to creating the best HDR viewing experience for TV products. From Sky Go to Sky Q & Sky Glass, we take our products to the next level and make them more agile and reliable with every release.

As a Product Performance Analyst, you will represent the voice of the customer. You will use data to produce insight on Sky's core product performance, ensuring our products are delivering the best possible experiences for our customers.

What you'll do:
- Proactively provide analysis and insight on the quality and reliability experiences of Sky's TV products including Sky Glass- Be an expert for the data and be able to identify and articulate important trends & insights to the delivery and product teams and the advantage that our data can provide to the business- Tell the story - simplify complex analysis and give business context, and deliver the insight and recommendations to stakeholders yourself- Proactively identify areas of investigation and questions that need further analysis using data from multiple sources

What you'll bring

You are passionate about the customer experience and delivering actionable insight. You are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and different levels of seniority.

Essential- Passionate about the usage of data to drive measurable change- Experience of analysing and visualising data- You are driven by improving customer experiences through delivering actionable insight- An analytical, enquiring mindset with an eye for detail and an enthusiasm for knowledge- A proactive, self-starting, approach to your work, with the ability to organise effectively- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on solving complex problems and communicate ideas and solutions to non-technical audiences- Previous experience in a numerical role is essential

Desirable- SQL is highly desirable but not essential- Previous experience of GCP and Google Big Query- Experience working with Tableau or other visualisation software- An interest in technology or media/entertainment

Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
