Young People Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate support worker to make a real difference in the lives of young people who have experienced trauma and have a disability.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing home-like environment and promoting positive family relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to young people with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
- Work collaboratively with the team to promote positive outcomes for service users.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent.
- A valid Australian full driver's license.
- A willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications.
You will need to be available to work any rostered shifts across a 24/7 roster model, including awake nights and sleepovers.
