Young People Support Specialist

About You: As a Residential Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing proactive solutions to support the well-being of young people. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day management of care teams, supporting children and young people, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
Essential Criteria: To be successful in this role, you will need a Diploma (or above) in a relevant qualification to the Community Services Sector, supervisory/leadership experience, and experience working within Child Protection Residential Care Programs.
