Support Young People in a Residential Setting

Work within a residential setting, providing direct care to young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will be part of a high performing Support Team working towards delivering a positive customer experience.

What We Are Looking For
  • Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent
  • Valid Australian full driver's licence
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Availability to work any rostered shifts across a 24/7 roster model
  • Passion for supporting young people who have experienced trauma and have a disability
