Job Title: Project Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff, and equipment.
  • Delivery of projects safely, efficiently, and effectively through meeting project success criteria's of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety, and process compliance is critical.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviors are aligned with company values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Supervise and coordinate all site activities including labor.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working for a head contractor.
  • Experience working on commercial new build projects over $80m.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager working on construction projects in Perth.
  • Proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
  • A good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements.
