Job Title: Site Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the activities of technicians involved in field service, ensuring effective labor and resource utilization.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment, trade qualifications in a mechanical discipline, and strong management skills.

The key focus is to manage people and processes to achieve a competitive result, providing excellent customer service.

  • Undertake planning requirements to optimize labor and resource usage.

  • Provide supervision and direction to team members.

  • Coordinate field service technicians on a daily basis.

  • Process and respond to warranty claims.

  • Develop and train personnel.

  • Communicate effectively and work with business lines to provide consistent service and support to customers.

  • Conduct customer liaison and site visits.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment.

  • Trade qualifications in a mechanical discipline (minimum 5 years post-trade experience).

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) is advantageous.

  • Strong EHS management culture and drive to achieve company targets.

  • Positive outlook with excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
