Site Operations Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our site office.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless day-to-day activities by maintaining records and files, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Develop and maintain databases and documentation systems.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and contractors to facilitate site access coordination.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to mobilize personnel to site.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation.
- Process purchase orders and manage invoices.
- Support payroll with accurate time sheeting.
- Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively at all levels.
- Show attention to detail and analytical prowess, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
