Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Payroll Systems and Projects Officer to join our payroll team. The successful candidate will support the People Services Manager and Payroll team, leading payroll-related projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and assisting in timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, and related benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Lead payroll-related projects and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Assist in timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, and related benefits
- Maintain pay records, data, and processes relating to our people and their benefits
- Support the People Services Manager and Payroll team as required
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- More than 5 years' experience in payroll systems support
- Sound knowledge of payroll procedures, payroll systems, time & attendance, and general staff procedures
- Project and process improvement experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume complex environment
- Experience working on Chris21 (essential) and iChris (desirable)
- Experience working on WorkDay is strongly desirable
