Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our dynamic and collaborative payroll team. The successful candidate will work to ensure that Anglicare staff are paid correctly and in accordance with our legislative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and process pay and benefits accurately, on time, and in accordance with legislation, industrial instruments, and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy by entering, checking, and maintaining information in the system and electronic files.
- Administer pay and associated records, including time keeping, statistics, leave, superannuation, benefits, vehicles, payment summaries, taxation, and other pay and remuneration information.
- Provide exceptional internal customer service by responding to enquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will possess sound knowledge of payroll procedures, payroll systems, and related legislation, as well as experience with time and attendance systems, general staff procedures, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing is required, with Chris21 and Kronos experience being highly desirable.
