Business Development Associate

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as an Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in Oceania's Credit & Portfolio Management team.
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate business/commerce/law degree from a leading university, with proficiency in Microsoft products and strong financial modelling skills.
They will have experience in credit writing, financial analysis and modelling, and legal documentation and debt structuring, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting annual credit reviews and internal rating reviews
- Covenant compliance monitoring
- Supporting refinancing / restructuring requests and other revenue-generating initiatives across the portfolio
Other responsibilities may include coordinating with relevant teams within MUFG to support the on-boarding of new clients.
As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the origination and management of new and existing corporate and institutional customers.
