Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all activities while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations, adhering to company policies, Code of Conduct, OH&S, and Food Safety & Quality guidelines.
  • Manage teams, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for cost-effective operations and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee warehouse efficiency, procure materials efficiently, and plan inventory.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial data to drive continuous improvement activities.
  • Foster a quality culture, ensuring products meet specifications and legal requirements.
  • Develop strategic and operational objectives, ensuring the Production Department meets orders within required time frames.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant business degrees and similar experience.
  • Spoken fluency in another key worker language advantageous.
  • Data entry and processing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles, OH&S, and Ethical standards.
  • Conflict resolution.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
