We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence in a dynamic and complex environment.

- The successful candidate will have expertise in managing teams and delivering services in a custodial setting, with a strong understanding of current legislative requirements.
- They will be responsible for providing strategic advice to senior executives and stakeholders on key issues related to program delivery, infrastructure use, rostering, and staff development.
In this role, you will play a key leadership role in championing operational reform and driving innovation across key areas.

Key Responsibilities- To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:
- Demonstrated expert knowledge and experience within a Correctional, Youth Justice or relevant Human Services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of current legislative requirements pertaining to a custodial environment.
- Experience leading and managing a team to deliver services in a complex environment.
A full driver's licence is required due to participation in the Duty Director roster and need to work flexibly across both custodial precincts based on operational requirements.
A current Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required and will need to be provided prior to commencement of employment.
