Achieve operational excellence as a Trade Centre Manager.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage Trade Centre operations, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. As a Trade Centre Manager, you will oversee the entire process, from managing site services to monitoring key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of Trade Centre operations to meet distribution targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Management of site services activities at the Willawong site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitoring of Trade Centre KPIs through regular reviews and analysis.
  • Control of personnel and operating costs within the Trade Centres.
  • Leadership of investigations into customer complaints and development of action plans to resolve issues.
  • Conducting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality audits on Trade Centres and transport providers.
  • Maintenance of a high standard of customer service through effective communication and coordination.
  • Facilitation of monthly Trade Centre continuous improvement meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Warehouse Manager or Logistics Manager.
  • Proven management and leadership skills, with experience managing small teams across a large geographic area.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong safety orientation with a thorough understanding of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Experience in conducting safety audits and implementing safety improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using SAP Logistics and other relevant software tools for order and distribution management.
