Operational Expert Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced operational expert to join our team and lead the overall operation of the Lovedale Bar and Grill. The ideal candidate will have refined business acumen, a wealth of venue and hotel leadership experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex relationships with onsite and remote stakeholders.
  • Ensure that our team is trained to a high standard and delivers exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Lovedale Bar and Grill, including managing budgets, resources, and staff.

Requirements

The successful candidate must hold a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and maintain current knowledge of liquor licencing and other relevant legislation.

Work Environment

You will be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling. You may need to lift, push, and pull big objects like barrels and crates up to 23 kg. Night, weekend, and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
