About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel AS in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Portfolio Management: Monitor customer shipments to provide proactive updates and problem-solve to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new customers.
  • Commercial Ownership: Drive continuous improvement initiatives with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Quotation Management: Manage quotations to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Customer Data Management: Maintain and integrate customer data into internal systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operational Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement to optimize customer satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong computer skills and be a fast learner to adapt to our internal systems.
