  • Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of daily operations including administration, health and safety, compliance, and staff development.
  2. Drive occupancy and exceed targets while delivering exceptional care to families.
  3. Foster a culture of growth and development empowering your team to reach their full potential.
  4. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements manage staff rosters and ratios and maintain strong supervision.
