Boral is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Engineering Manager to lead our capital works projects across regional Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects with budgets under $1 million, providing effective leadership, and exceeding client expectations.


This pivotal role involves managing 30 concrete plants and 9 quarries from Toowoomba to Darwin, capturing the essence of our business in regional QLD.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Leading safety, quality, delivery, and financial aspects of projects across our operations
  • Providing team leadership, engaging with internal departments to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Reporting on project budgets, schedules, look ahead, and at-risk activities
  • Completing documentation for efficient costing, raw material management, and invoicing

What We Are Looking For



  • A tertiary qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering would be highly desirable; alternatively, 2-3 years of industry experience is considered
  • The ability to travel across regional QLD
  • A competent professional with an appetite for working in an inclusive open team
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including MS Project

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum


This salary range is based on industry standards for similar roles in regional QLD. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, superannuation, and opportunities for career growth.
