We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Project Manager to lead our thriving Concrete and Quarries business in Regional Queensland. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing capital works projects under $1 million, leveraging your expertise to drive results.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional eager to gain exposure in the industry, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and enhance their career. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team managing 30 concrete plants and 9 quarries across regional QLD, from Toowoomba to Darwin.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the safety, quality, delivery, and financial aspects of projects across our regional operations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to exceed client expectations, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide regular project updates on budgets, schedules, look ahead, and at-risk activities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation for efficient costing, raw material management, and invoicing.

What We're Looking For:

  • A tertiary qualification in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly desirable, or 2-3 years of industry experience would also be considered.
  • Flexibility to travel across regional QLD is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for working in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including MS Project.

Salary: Estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
