Chief Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Chief Growth Strategist to help drive business expansion through effective marketing and sales strategies.

  • This role involves developing and implementing growth plans, refining brand and demand generation strategies, and improving lead quality.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, preferably in SaaS or tech, with a proven track record of driving measurable results and strong demand generation.

  • Mix of strategy and execution – comfortable with data analysis and high-level planning, and able to partner with Sales and work cross-functionally across GTM teams.

About the Role

  1. Manage the Marketing team, function, operations, and key priorities.
  2. Develop brand, demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle programs aligned to ICP and growth goals.
  3. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Achieved significant growth in revenue through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Refine digital buyer journey, nurturing strategy, and attribution model to improve conversions using our tech stack.
