Fitness Operations Director

We are seeking a driven leader to oversee our fitness operations, driving growth and excellence.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • A strong understanding of sales strategies, with a proven track record of growing revenue.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff and members.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our fitness operations, including sales, membership growth, team leadership, and facility management.
