Job Description:

A pioneering fitness brand in Australia seeks an experienced Studio Manager to lead the sales, operations, and fitness teams of a new high-intensity interval training (HIIT) group workout. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to drive membership sales and build an unbeatable culture in the studio.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of previous sales experience and minimum 3 years of management experience, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management. They must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive and successful environment.

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
  • Plan and execute team training and ongoing coaching and development for high performance
  • Lead the scheduling of all studio staff
  • Work with the team for ongoing process improvement and ensure a quality experience for members
  • Lead performance management activities with each staff member, including setting goals, coaching, career development, and performance reviews
