Fitness Operations Manager

We are seeking an energetic and driven professional to lead our growing fitness facility in Tallawong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitability, growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales, retention, and growth.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including management of facilities, staff, and resources.
- Foster strong relationships with members, stakeholders, and local community groups.
- A proven track record of success in a leadership or sales role, preferably within the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
