This position would ideally suit someone with facility, gym or aquatic management experience at a 'Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager or Duty Manager' level.
**The Successful Applicant**:
You must:
- Possess a high professional standard with natural leadership qualities;
- Have a strong interest and be passionate about the health, fitness, aquatic industry;
- Possess strong computer literacy skills, with industry software knowledge;
- Have extensive centre and pool operations experience;
- Have sound organisational skills and people focused qualities;
- Have flexibility around working hours and days are required for this role
**Essential**:
- Previous experience in Fitness Operations and staff management
- Previous experience in Pool Operations
- Excellent leadership skills with a passion for Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in following & implementing operating policies
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Sound organisational and systematic administrative skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Computer literate with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in budget & expense control & revenue
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Senior First Aid
- Current CPR
**Desirable**:
- **Certificate IV in Fitness**:
- **Aus Active Registration**:
- **Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessing**:
- **Lifeguard License
