About the Role:

The Gym/Club Manager is a results-driven leader who will lead a team of sales managers and personal trainers, drive sales growth, and maintain a clean and safe club environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor sales managers to achieve sales targets, guide personal trainers in reaching their performance goals, and conduct daily sales meetings. The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness and strong leadership skills.
  • Operations Management: Maintain a clean and well-presented club environment, oversee hourly gym floor checks, supervise cleaning staff, and ensure equipment issues are resolved within 24 hours.
  • Administration: Process daily transfers, review lead status, complete tasks, track payroll and staff hours, and collaborate on monthly KPIs.
  • Marketing and Retention: Develop weekly content, implement quarterly marketing strategies, lead training sessions, and enhance member retention efforts.
  • Compliance and Safety: Monitor club security, maintain an Anytime Safety score of 3, and adhere to policies and procedures.
