At Gough Recruitment AU, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic property management team. Located in Sydney's Western Suburbs, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business owners and corporate clients on property-related matters.
  • Conduct thorough rent reviews for various property sizes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with solicitors to negotiate lease agreements and ensure timely completion.
  • Regularly inspect properties to identify potential issues and implement resolutions.
  • Manage arrears and other financial aspects of the portfolio effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant property legislation to provide informed advice.
  • Oversee a mixed portfolio of approximately 100 properties, including commercial, industrial, and retail assets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial property management.
  • Proficiency in PropertyTree software is advantageous.
  • An assertive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to advance in a career focused on commercial, industrial, and retail property management.
  • Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
