We are seeking an experienced commercial sales professional to join our dynamic Asia Markets Investment Services team based in Parramatta. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a motivated property expert looking to excel in a commercial sales focused position.

You will collaborate with the most successful and experienced operators in the country to drive your income, expand market share, and establish yourself as a leading player in this space.

With a strong foundation in commercial sales and/or leasing, we will provide you with the autonomy, development opportunities, and comprehensive tools necessary to showcase your expertise and add value to our business.

As an agent in our organization, you will be responsible for the sale of commercial properties across the Sydney Western Corridor. You will develop a broad network of professional contacts, ensure long-term relationships are maintained, and continually develop new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • A current Real Estate License
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the real estate industry
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on property
  • Familiarity with Hindi, Mandarin, or Cantonese is highly desirable
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and commercial acumen
  • A strong work ethic and passion for success
  • Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • The ability to thrive in a team-focused environment
