Our client, a prominent agency in Sydney's Western Suburbs, is seeking an experienced property manager to oversee a diverse portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to build rapport with business owners and large corporate clients, and have experience in conducting rent reviews, collaborating with solicitors on lease agreements, and managing arrears.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on the candidate's experience.

About the Role

As a Commercial Property Asset Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business owners and corporate clients on property-related matters.
  • Conducting thorough rent reviews for various property sizes.
  • Collaborating with solicitors to ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Performing regular property inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Managing financial matters, including arrears.
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant property legislation.
  • Oversight of a mixed portfolio comprising industrial, commercial, and retail properties.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential property management or 1+ years in commercial property management.
  • Experience with PropertyTree software is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • A desire to advance in a career focused on commercial, industrial, and retail property management.
  • Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
