Job Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Property Manager to oversee our extensive commercial and property portfolio on a Permanent - full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing up-to-date portfolio information, implementing tenant and stakeholder engagement programs, liaising with internal and external lawyers, assisting with project planning, marketing, and leasing, preparing leasing strategies and reviewing leases, managing KPIs and reporting, conducting financial analysis, market studies, and industry standard reporting, as well as risk management and lease compliance.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders is crucial in this role.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business or commerce or relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in property management skills within a commercial environment
  • Substantial experience in financial management
  • Excellent customer relations and liaison skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Capacity to understand and interpret legislation
