Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Launceston, providing lifespan services with flexibility in full-time or part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine-based general developmental assessments and standardised clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy programs
- Provide direct and indirect therapy interventions
- Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education, and support
- Provide supervision to our passionate junior team members
- Run group supervision and discipline-specific meetings
- Assist staff with time management and organisation
- Development of clinic resources
- Provide feedback to management at local and national level regarding the needs of the team
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to work in a culturally rich and diverse environment and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment
- A passion for working with clients to achieve their own goals, potential, and participate in their community in a way that is meaningful for them
