Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapy Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Early Start Australia.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality therapy services to clients across the lifespan. As an Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist with Early Start Australia, you will have the chance to develop and extend your clinical practice, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine-based general developmental assessments and standardised clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy programs to support client outcomes.
- Provide direct and indirect therapy interventions to clients and their families.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, educators, and families, to provide information, education, and support.
- Supervise junior team members, promoting professional development and growth.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in a culturally diverse environment.
- A passion for working with clients to achieve their goals, potential, and community participation.
As an Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist with Early Start Australia, you can expect:
- A competitive salary, estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
