Occupational Therapist for Launceston, TAS

We are seeking a highly driven Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team at HealthcareLink. As a Community/Mobile Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and delivering effective therapeutic interventions.
About the Role:Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various assessments within the NDIS, including SIL, SDA, ILO, and FCA. They will be able to deliver therapeutic interventions that focus on building functional capacity and have a good level of commercial acumen. The ability to mentor other clinicians is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective therapeutic interventions that focus on building functional capacity
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for clients
- Mentor other clinicians and contribute to the growth and development of the team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Individualized clinical supervision and generous PD allowance
- Access to a community centre for group therapy and a rehab room
- Travel allowances and a company car (if needed)
- Career development opportunities
- Mobile phone and laptop with a wide range of therapy materials and assessments available
- Full Registration with AHPRA
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- Valid Australian working rights
- Vaccination in line with government mandates
- Own car and valid driver's license
