We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Early Start Australia. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical practice in a friendly, well-supported environment.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting routine-based general developmental assessments and standardised clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need. You will also develop and implement tailored therapy programs, provide direct and indirect therapy interventions, and work closely with key stakeholders to provide information, education, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine-based general developmental assessments and standardised clinical assessments to determine goals and areas of need
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy programs
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy interventions
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to provide information, education, and support
  • Provide supervision to junior team members
  • Run group supervision and discipline-specific meetings
  • Assist staff with time management and organisation
  • Develop clinic resources
  • Provide feedback to management at local and national level regarding the needs of the team
