Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide personal care and support services to individuals in need. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, offering emotional support, and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients;
- Help clients develop and maintain skills and abilities through social support and rehabilitation assistance;
- Transport clients to appointments and outings;
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized support services to clients based on their unique needs and preferences;
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support;
- Develop and implement customized care plans to help clients achieve their goals;
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust support services accordingly;
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
- Current studies or qualification in a relevant field (e.g., disability support, healthcare);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Compassion and empathy for clients; and
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including afternoons, days, evenings, mornings, and nights.
