About the Role

The Senior Store Director will lead and embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors within their store. They'll enable and empower their Store Management team who are customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven.

This role involves coaching their team to deliver multiple Brand moments and an elevated flagship experience for our customers. The Senior Store Director will identify their team's development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance.

They'll work closely with Field VM and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights to drive results and create great experiences. Additionally, they'll manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity and wage targets.

The Senior Store Director will also advocate for the Cotton On Group Foundation, leading the team on how they can make a life-changing impact on our projects around the world.

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our employees also enjoy 50% off Cotton On Group Brands, wellness support 24/7, discounts for themselves and their family, and returnity - a paid program for new parents heading back to work.
