**Salary:** We offer a competitive salary of AUD $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Psychiatrist to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Director. In this pivotal role, you will provide dedicated psychiatric expertise to support clinical governance across our mental and social health programs. You will work closely with senior staff, Government officials, and other stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and deliver high-quality mental health outcomes for veterans and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert psychiatric advice on current and emerging issues to key stakeholders
- Engage with healthcare professionals, consumer organisations, and industry on matters related to mental health policy and service reform and delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes for veterans and their families
- Liaise with Government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with departmental goals and objectives
