Programmed Skilled Workforce Darwin is seeking experienced professionals to fill various local roles in customer service and administration.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with great companies across multiple industries, including retail, freight management, and transport & logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
  • Provide sales counter support and handle cash/EFTPOS transactions.
  • Liaise with internal staff and communicate with external clients to offer support and perform administrative functions.
  • Conduct data entry and compliance checks, as well as manage stock levels.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties.

  • Successful candidates will enjoy working with people and exceeding customer expectations.
  • They will be well-organized, able to learn quickly, and committed to their work.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and/or drug and alcohol screen are essential.
  • Some roles may require pre-employment checks, such as a National Police Clearance or pre-employment medicals.
