Property Asset Manager Role

As a seasoned property asset manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize the performance of our property portfolio. This includes creating and maintaining asset maintenance plans, overseeing the acquisition and development of new assets, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic team environment and has a proven track record in management roles, including staff supervision, budgeting, quality management systems, and performance reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement asset maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of properties.
  • Oversee the acquisition and/or development of new assets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and regular updates.
  • Establish a property inspection program to identify areas for improvement and optimize returns.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure work is completed to the agreed standard and within budget.
  • Lead a team to achieve strategic goals, driving growth and success in the property portfolio.
About You:
  • You should have at least 5 years of experience in property or affordable housing, preferably in management roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in maintenance planning, asset development, costing, and delivery.
  • A proven track record in management roles, including staff supervision, budgeting, quality management systems, and performance reporting.
  • Experience in team management or supervision.
  • A commitment to a collaborative, proactive, problem-solving approach.
