ERP Finance Expert Lead

Job Summary
Lead Finance Capability DevelopmentWe are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the development of finance capabilities in our Sydney CBD-based, full-time, 2 years fixed-term role.
As part of our core ERP team, you will help build a new capability platform for an iconic business on a strong growth trajectory.
- Lead the D365 ERP program domain for Finance for the Group and Jewellery businesses
- Coordinate engagement between the ERP vendor core team and finance teams
- Co-design business requirements, business processes, functionality and data architecture for the new ERP platform
- Create and review ERP program artefacts
- Be an advocate for change management
- Support quality assurance and testing
- Support training of end users in the new ERP system
- Develop finance standard operating procedures
- Support end users during cutover and deployment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Deep familiarity with financial operations across budgeting, AR/AP, financial reporting, inventory and consolidation of group companies with international operations
- Experience in retail, specifically luxury goods, is advantageous
- Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations and related solution implementations
- 10+ years of experience in business process, functional and data capability analysis and design
