Financial Solutions Leader

As a Financial Solutions Leader, you will lead the development of financial capabilities in our Sydney CBD-based team. You will work closely with our ERP vendor core team and finance teams to co-design business requirements, business processes, functionality, and data architecture for our new ERP platform.

Your key responsibilities will include leading the D365 ERP program domain for Finance for the Group and Jewellery businesses, coordinating engagement between the ERP vendor core team and finance teams, creating and reviewing ERP program artefacts, and advocating for change management.

You will also support quality assurance and testing, training of end users in the new ERP system, developing finance standard operating procedures, and supporting end users during cutover and deployment.

Requirements
  • Deep familiarity with financial operations across budgeting, AR/AP, financial reporting, inventory, and consolidation of group companies with international operations.
  • Experience in retail, specifically luxury goods, is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations and related solution implementations.
  • 10+ years of experience in business process, functional, and data capability analysis and design.
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), project management tools (e.g., JIRA), and agile ways of working (e.g., SCRUM).
  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business/management, or related field.
  • A CA/CPA qualification is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive successful change management.
