ERP Transformation Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to drive a high-profile greenfield implementation of a major financial system transformation. As the Finance Functional Lead, you will be at the centre of delivery, guiding clients through every stage of their ERP journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading finance stream activities on a major ERP program, acting as the trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
  • Driving requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions within the ERP system.
  • Designing and configuring financial modules to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and enable stronger decision-making.
  • Overseeing testing cycles and ensuring quality outcomes through UAT and issue resolution.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions to empower finance teams and maximise adoption.
  • Collaborating with supply chain, technical, and integration teams to align finance with the wider solution design.
  • Guiding clients on data migration strategy and supporting cutover activities.
  • Contributing to pre-sales by shaping proposals and demonstrating deep expertise in financial capabilities.
  • Providing ongoing support and thought leadership post go-live to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of ERP finance functionality (additional supply chain exposure highly regarded).
  • Hands-on experience across configuration, testing, training, and data migration.
  • A consultative approach, with the ability to engage business stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering ERP programs that achieve tangible business benefits.
  • Confidence to represent finance in workshops, governance forums, and client-facing discussions.
  • Must hold full working rights - Permanent residency or citizenship
