Job Title: Tax Expert - Project Implementation

We are seeking a skilled Tax Expert to join our team as a subject matter expert in tax software products.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will deliver implementation projects for tax software products, providing technical guidance and training to clients.
  • They will participate in sales enablement activities by identifying and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers.
  • As a key member of our team, they will work on multiple implementation projects simultaneously, collaborating with project managers to achieve timely delivery.
  • They will support client retention and relationship management efforts by serving as the technical expert in client conversations.
  • The role involves preparing guides, implementation reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Additionally, they will develop and deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Australian tax is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have an understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is also essential.
