We are seeking a highly skilled Information Management Specialist to join our team at Phoenix ICT Solutions Pty Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our records and information assets, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Information Sentencing: Apply relevant legislation and policies to determine the retention and disposal of records.
- Record Management: Sort, categorize, sentence, and digitize operational paper and electronic records.
- Policy Interpretation: Interpret policy to make decisions on operational records.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in using Objective and Excel.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist branches with the organization and ongoing management of their records within Defence-approved records systems.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Documentation: Revises, edits, or updates instructions and technical information as necessary.
- Information Retrieval: Assist in the search of multiple repositories and retrieval of information in response to requests for information.
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership and contribute to the knowledge base within areas of practice/expertise.
- Adaptability: Be flexible in managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- NV2 Security Clearance is mandatory for this role.
