Information and Records Management Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Information and Records Management Specialist to join our team at Phoenix ICT Solutions Pty Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of records management duties across the records lifecycle, including information sentencing, sorting, categorising, sentencing and digitising operational paper and electronic records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interpreting policy to make decisions on operational records;
- Assisting branches with the organisation and ongoing management of their records within Defence approved records systems;
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Demonstrating strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism to build effective relationships;
- Revising, editing, or updating instructions and technical information as necessary;
- Assisting in the search of multiple repositories and retrieval of information in response to requests for information;
- Providing thought leadership and contributing to the knowledge base within areas of practice/expertise;
- Being flexible in the approach to managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn and advance in a growing organisation.
Requirements:
NV2 Security Clearance is a must for this role. The contract duration is 12 + 12 + 12 months.
