Information and Records Management Specialist

At Phoenix ICT Solutions Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Information and Records Management Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of records management duties across the records lifecycle, including information sentencing, sorting, categorizing, and digitizing operational paper and electronic records.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Interpreting policy to make decisions on operational records
- Using Objective and Excel to manage records
- Assisting branches with the organization and ongoing management of their records within Defence approved records systems
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing thought leadership and contributing to the knowledge base within areas of practice/expertise
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of records management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
NV2 Security Clearance is a must for this role, and a 12 + 12 + 12 months contract is available.
