Job Title: In-House Legal Counsel
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced legal professional to provide comprehensive legal and commercial support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Providing practical advice on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Supporting cross-functional teams with legal input
- Managing external counsel where required
- Contributing to governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 2-5 years PQE experience in a leading law firm and/or in-house environment
- A strong background in commercial law, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or consumer sector
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial approach
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, collaborative, and hands-on style
